POSTPONED
Following the advice of state and local health officials and our own commitment to the safety of our staff and guests, the Newtown Theatre will postpone the “Songs of The Eagles” concert originally scheduled for Saturday, March 28.
Because we are continuing to monitor the situation, a new concert date has not been determined yet.
If you purchased tickets for this concert, please check your inbox. An email has been sent to all ticketholders explaining how we will handle your ticket purchase.
Thank you for your continued support of the Newtown Theatre!
The historic Newtown Theatre will feature Songs of The Eagles.
Doors open at 7 PM and the concert starts at 8 PM. Beer, wine, and a signature cocktail (tequila sunrises) will be available for purchase before the show and during intermission.
This one-night-only concert will feature a specially assembled group of local musicians playing tribute to one of rock’s most legendary bands. Performers include Rick Wrigley, John Harrelson, Wayne Farley, Perry Wolfe, Dave Lynd, and Jim Salamone.
Collectively over the years, these guys have been in the same bands and opened for Chuck Berry, Joe Cocker, Livingston Taylor, Chubby Checker, Glad, David Meece and many others.
