Jazz meets movie music on Friday, March 18 at the historic Newtown Theatre as part of our "Friday Night Jazz" series. Join us for an evening of memorable themes and songs from classic Hollywood reimagined through the swinging sounds of Jack Saint Clair and his ensemble.
From film noir to the western, Casablanca to the The Godfather, this concert will make jazz converts of movie lovers!
Tickets are $25 per person or $20 for theatre members. Any remaining tickets will be sold for $35 at the door on the night of the show (if available).
All seating is general admission.
MEET THE MUSICIAN
Saint Clair is a Philadelphia-based saxophonist and bandleader. His horn is warm and swinging, and his band sparkles with his fresh and sophisticated arrangements. In addition to leading his own orchestra, Saint Clair contributes music to the Jazz Orchestra of Philadelphia, the Temple University Jazz Band, and the Philly POPS. Hear more at jacksaintclair.com.

Doors open at 7 PM and the concert starts at 8 PM.
The concession stand will be open. Beer and wine will be available for purchase before the show and during intermission.
All tickets are general admission.
All ticket sales are final. Refunds will not be offered for any reason. If you can't attend, you're welcome to give your tickets to someone else. The name on the ticket does not have to match the person using it.
