Eric Mintel Investigates will bring its “Paranormal Projection Room” back to the Newtown Theatre on Sunday, October 29 at 7:30 PM for a spooky Halloween-themed presentation.
During this event, Mintel and his paranormal TV crew will screen all-new videos from spinetingling local cases, including a follow-up video about UFOs over Bucks County, What Waits at the Waterwheel Tavern in Doylestown, a follow-up video at McCoole’s Red Lion Inn, and the Beast of Bryn Athyn. The night will include a Q&A about the latest investigations and the upcoming season of Eric Mintel Investigates.
Eric Mintel Investigates is a historical/paranormal tourism company featuring locations with historical importance and paranormal activity. Mintel is well known as a jazz musician and leader of the Eric Mintel Quartet. When not playing, he investigates the paranormal, a subject that has interested him since he was young. He launched Eric Mintel Investigates in 2016 and has been featured locally, regionally and nationally in a variety of media outlets.
Any remaining tickets will be sold for $27 at the door on the day of the show (if available). All seating is general admission.
HISTORIC RENOVATION FEE
In the summer of 2024, the historic Newtown Theatre will undertake Phase II of its master renovation plan, which includes renovating our balcony and expanding and improving our basement restrooms. To help pay for these exciting upgrades, we have implemented a $2 historic renovation fee on every ticket of $15 or more. This fee is just one part of an overall plan to raise the $600,000 required to make these upgrades. Thank you for supporting your historic hometown theatre!
