The historic Newtown Theatre will present “The Greatest Hits of Broadway” on Wednesday, October 4 at 3 PM.
This special matinee concert will feature four professional singers and a six-piece band playing everyone’s favorite songs from Broadway, including songs from Wicked, A Chorus Line, West Side Story, Cabaret, Les Miserables, Bells are Ringing, Miss Saigon, Fiddler on the Roof, My Fair Lady, Funny Girl, Newsies, Annie Get Your Gun, Phantom of the Opera, a Disney Princess Medley, and more.
This show recently played to a packed house as part of the Mt. Gretna (PA) Summer Concert Series.
Online tickets are $27 per person or $22 for theatre members. Any remaining tickets will be sold for $37 at the door (if available).
All seating is general admission.
Historic Renovation Fee
In the summer of 2024, the historic Newtown Theatre will undertake Phase II of its master renovation plan. This phase will include renovating our balcony and, if we raise enough money, the expansion and improvement of our basement restrooms. To help pay for these exciting upgrades, we have implemented a $2 historic renovation fee on every ticket of $15 or more. This fee is just one part of an overall plan to raise the $600,000 required to make these upgrades. Thank you for your support of your historic hometown theatre!

Doors open at 2 PM and the concert starts at 3 PM.
Beer, wine and canned cocktails will be available for purchase at the theatre before and during the show.
All ticket sales are final – please be aware of what event you are buying tickets for. Refunds or ticket “exchanges” will not be offered for any reason. If you can't attend an event, you're welcome to give your tickets to someone else. The name on the ticket does not have to match the person using it.
