One Bad Mother!
The historic Newtown Theatre will hold Bad Mom’s Night Out: Christmas Edition on Friday, December 15 that will include a screening of the 2017 movie “A Bad Moms Christmas.”
Doors open at 7 PM and the movie starts at 8 PM In the hour leading up to the movie guests will enjoy free popcorn and one complimentary drink: beer, wine, a canned cocktail, or a signature Bad Moms cocktail crafted with Stateside Vodka.
Special activities during that hour will include a tattoo booth (temporary…we’re not THAT bad), a Christmas party game, an outside smoking area with free cigarettes, a bad mom’s Christmas confessional wall, and a special surprise right before the movie starts.
The cost of this 21-and-older special event is $37 or $32 for theatre members. Tickets are available online only.
All seating is general admission.
HISTORIC RENOVATION FEE
In the summer of 2024, the historic Newtown Theatre will undertake Phase II of its master renovation plan, which includes renovating our balcony and expanding and improving our basement restrooms. To help pay for these exciting upgrades, we have implemented a $2 historic renovation fee on every ticket of $15 or more. This fee is just one part of an overall plan to raise the $600,000 required to make these upgrades. Thank you for supporting your historic hometown theatre!

Beer, wine and canned cocktails will be available for purchase at the theatre before and during the event.
All ticket sales are final – please be aware of what event you are buying tickets for. Refunds or ticket “exchanges” will not be offered for any reason. If you can't attend an event, you're welcome to give your tickets to someone else. The name on the ticket does not have to match the person using it.
