The historic Newtown Theatre will present The Best of Chicago featuring the Chicago Transit tribute band on Saturday, September 23 at 3 PM.

Chicago Transit is one of the longest running Chicago tributes and the only one with four lead vocalists. The band also includes a three-piece horn section and a five- piece rhythm section. This combination enables the band to cover all of Chicago’s material from the early, horn-dominated classics like “Make Me Smile,” “25 or 6 to 4,” and “Saturday in the Park,” to the later, softer, keyboard-oriented ballads like “If You Leave Me Now.”
Online tickets are $40 per person or $35 for theatre members. Any remaining tickets will be sold for $50 at the door on the day of the show (if available).
All seating is general admission.

Doors open at 2 PM and the concert starts at 3 PM.
The concession stand will be open. Beer, wine, and canned cocktails will be available for purchase before and during the show.

All ticket sales are final – please be aware of what event you are buying tickets for. Refunds or ticket “exchanges” will not be offered for any reason. If you can't attend an event, you're welcome to give your tickets to someone else. The name on the ticket does not have to match the person using it.
