Yesterday Once More: A Tribute to the Carpenters Christmas Special

  • The Newtown Theatre 120 North State Street Newtown, PA 18940 (map)

The historic Newtown Theatre will present “Yesterday Once More: A Tribute to the Carpenter’s Christmas Special” on Monday, December 9 at 3 PM.

Karen and Richard Carpenter have never been portrayed more accurately than in this tribute show, which captures the Carpenter’s concert experience with amazing accuracy. The look, the voice, the sound and the great songs are all on display as the 1970s reappear and the Carpenters step on stage.

In addition to some Christmas songs, this show features timeless tunes such as Close to You, We’ve Only Just Begun, Top of the World, Rainy Days and Mondays, Yesterday Once More, Superstar, Please Mr. Postman and many more.

Online tickets are $37 per person or $32 for theatre members. Any remaining tickets will be sold for $47 at the door on the night of the show (if available).

All seating is general admission.
