The Newtown Theatre’s Cult Vault series is back with four Mel Brooks films in January 2025. Join us for Spaceballs (1987) on Tuesday, January 30 at 7:30 PM.

In this iconic spoof, star pilot Lone Starr and his sidekick, Barf, must rescue Princess Vespa and save Planet Druidia from Spaceballs.

Packed with Mel Brooks’ signature humor and unforgettable performances from Rick Moranis, John Candy, Bill Pullman, and Daphne Zuniga, Spaceballs hilariously parodies Star Wars and other sci-fi classics with lines and scenes that fans still quote to this day.

• The doors open at 7:00 PM and the film begins at 7:30 PM.

• All tickets are general admission. You can present a hard copy of your tickets or the QR code on your phone.

• Members may not purchase tickets for non-members. Those presenting member tickets will have membership verified at the door.

• All ticket sales are final. Refunds or ticket exchanges will not be offered. If you can't attend, you're welcome to give your tickets to someone else.
