Dine

Black & White Dinner guests bring a picnic dinner for you and your partner or group. That includes beverages, flatware and utensils. Set-up is from 6:00 to 7:00 PM, and dinner begins at 7:00.

Homemade food or take-out from a local restaurant are welcome. Please note that alcohol beverages are not permitted.

After dinner, head into the theatre for a free screening of His Girl Friday (1940).

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I bring to the Black & White Dinner?
We will provide tables, chairs and white linens. You will need to bring a picnic dinner for two (including flatware and glasses), non-alcoholic beverages, desserts, and any decorations you'd like for your spot at the communal table.

How should I dress?
Guests are asked to dress only in black and white clothing. Elegance and creativity are encouraged! Prizes will be awarded for the best dressed folks in attendance.

What's included in the ticket price?
Tickets are sold in pairs for this fundraiser. One $100 ticket admits exactly two people.

You’ll enjoy a festive, glamorous evening of food, mingling, live music, and other entertainment, including a free screening of a black and white classic film starting at 9:00 PM.

What time should I arrive?
Set-up and mingling is from 6:00 to 7:00 PM, and dinner will be held from 7:00-9:00 PM.

Can I reserve seats for my group ahead of time?
You're welcome to buy tickets for up to four couples (eight people) at once.

This does not reserve an individual table for your group, as the Black & White Dinner is comprised of one long communal table. However, you're welcome to save seats next to you if your group plans to arrive separately.

Can I buy a ticket for just one person?
You're welcome to attend with a partner, friend, or group. Upon arrival, each couple is seated at the next open pair of seats. Tickets are sold only in pairs because guests are seated across from each other at one long communal table.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket?
A mobile or printed ticket is fine. All guests must have a valid ticket.

Is my ticket refundable?
Tickets are not refundable. If you cannot attend, you may give your ticket to another group.

What happens if it rains?
The Black & White Dinner is a rain or shine event. We will cancel if conditions are dangerous.

I have another question!
Please don't hesitate to contact us with additional questions about the Black & White Dinner.

In the winter of 2017, the magnitude of winter's force was on full display. Telephone pole-snapping storms pounded the Wyoming landscape. Regions to the west, recently left arid and forgotten, were gifted with unprecedented accumulation. Blizzards in Europe buried towns in an instant before disappearing just as fast, leaving the lucky few who were there to wonder if it even happened. A Bolivian expedition found grace above 18,000 feet before the elements went rogue and the humans reluctantly heeded warnings from above.  Rogue Elements is presented by REI. Join the TGR team as they embark on an adventure filled with fury and glory, and witness the unimaginable.
